For unknown reasons royal mail has recently been failing to contact customers in order for them to able to pay customs charges and subsequently the orders keep getting sent back to our warehouse.

Our recommendation at the current stage is to contact Royal Mail when you place your order and clearly establish what will happen as well as the rough time at which it can be expected, and then to do it again with your tracking number once your order is shipped and you recieve an email with the tracking number.

Without this you are at risk of your order being sent back to Hungary
