Shipping policy

Free Express Shipping on orders over AU$99, US$65, or €60.

A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order ships. If your package was sent via Australia Post Express/EMS Express or Hungarian Post, you can track it using the tracking number on your national postal service website.

Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and import duties. No refunds are available if items are returned due to unclaimed packages. It’s advisable to check with your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential additional costs.

We can arrange a resend, but the buyer must cover the shipping costs, as our rate only includes one free shipment. A small fee will also be charged to cover repackaging costs.
