The small C.MT insert is designed for the Canon MT24 and MT26 twin flashes. Those flashes have thinner bases, and they sit loose without the insert.

This adapter is made with FDM printing, and the colour can be silver, grey, or black. (It depends on availability)
The plastic material it is made of is able to withstand heat up to 50Cº.
