The polar.frame ONLY works with dual flashes on a bracket! The only exemption is the Olympus STF-8.

If you don't want to use brackets, check out our intra.polar product! Make sure your dual flash can sit behind the front element of the lens. See the photos!

There is no need to apply glue to the flash.

The story behind the development of the product:
In the late 2000's, Prof. Lorenzo Vanini wrote an article about direct composite restorations. The article included some outstanding photographs where all the details of a teeth were visible. Our inventor, Szabi Hant was so excited about the technique, that he started searching for the method to replicate it. A nature photography site revealed some clues for Szabi about how to do it. Photographers use a cross-polarizing technique to photograph amphibians, as they can see the skin much better and more in detail if there is no reflection.

So we made our first cross-polarising filter setup with films and glass polarising filters. It worked beautifully, but soon we realised the setup is really time-consuming if the flashes are on a bracket and the flash heads are not locked in a parallel position.

So, after some experiments, we designed the polar.frame to avoid the time-consuming process.
Now it just takes seconds to attach the polar.frame to the lens and take highly valuable cross-polarised photographs with twin flash setups on a bracket.

Designed and made in our laboratory in Ardross, Western Australia.

We use 100% recyclable filaments for the products. We use as minimal as possible packaging to reduce waste and keep our prices affordable.
Parts are made with FDM printing. The plastic it is made of can withstand heat up to 50Cº.

Our experience using the product in our dental laboratory:

We use the product on a bracket setup, as we have more freedom of position, but with some models, it also works with the standard attachment ring. (Nikon, Canon, Godox and Meike)

Diffused light creates a pleasing soft reflection on the teeth and shiny objects. 99% of the popular images on Instagram and social media are made with a diffuser.
For many years, we have been looking for the right diffuser but have been unable to find one that is easy to use and doesn't slow down the photography process.

Our design uses magnets to attach and detach quickly, even if you are holding the camera in your hand. This is an essential time-saving element compared to the foldable mini softboxes.

We use and sell the diffuser panel in our object photography kit. This panel provides beautiful soft diffusion, as it is designed for LED lights.

The adapter part is produced by filament 3D printing because the available filaments are more environmentally friendly than resin printings. Also, the filaments we use are highly durable.
The negative part of filament printing is that you can see the printing layers, and sometimes, minor imperfections are visible in the details. These are only aesthetic drawbacks and don't compromise durability and functionality.

Designed and made in our laboratory in Ardross, Western Australia and Budapest, Hungary.
